MISSION PRINCIPALE<\/b><\/p>

Garantir la disponibilit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, \u00e9quipements et services n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production, au meilleur co\u00fbt, dans les d\u00e9lais et avec la qualit\u00e9 requise. Piloter l\u2019ensemble des flux logistiques : de l\u2019approvisionnement fournisseur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la livraison sur site client.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Identifier et r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer les fournisseurs locaux et internationaux\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Lancer les appels d\u2019offres, analyser les offres, n\u00e9gocier prix, d\u00e9lais, conditions de \u00a0\u00a0paiement<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– R\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt global d\u2019achat\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0Gestion des commandes<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Passer les commandes selon les besoins de la production\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Suivre les accus\u00e9s de r\u00e9ception, relancer les fournisseurs<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– G\u00e9rer les litiges : non-conformit\u00e9, retards, avoirs<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– \u00c9laborer et suivre le budget achats annuel<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Tenir le tableau de bord : OTIF fournisseurs, \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, taux de rupture<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Organiser les importations, G\u00e9rer transitaire, douane, transport<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Optimiser les co\u00fbts Incoterms : FOB, CIF, DDP<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Suivre les containers du port d\u2019Abidjan jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019usine<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0– Assurer un taux de couverture du stock<\/p>

Formation : Bac+4\/5 Logistique, Achats, G\u00e9nie Industriel, Commerce \u00c9cole de commerce ou ing\u00e9<\/p>

Exp\u00e9rience 5 ans minimum en achats industriels ou BTP Exp\u00e9rience \u00e9lectricit\u00e9\/\u00e9nergie<\/p>

Technique Excel avanc\u00e9, ERP, Incoterms, Douane CI Sage X3, SAP,Odoo, Power BI<\/p>

Langues Fran\u00e7ais courant, Anglais technique pour fournisseurs<\/p>

Permis B, Permis de conduire valide<\/p>

COMP\u00c9TENCES CL\u00c9S<\/b><\/p>

Hard skills : N\u00e9gociation, gestion de stock, transit international, lecture de plans<\/p>
